My flatemate, Cat (Catherine) cooked a wonderful Chinese meal tonite. Pork Potato and Mince Egg. Just devine, with a glass of soft Pinot went down superb !! Its amazing how she can whip up a meal in a matter of minutes. Delishimo.... !! Catherine is Chinese, the difference between a Chinese take out and a home made Chinese dinner, is the difference in taste. The spices and herbs she puts into her meals, I cannot describe !! Hey Cat, so whats on the menu tomorrow night.....hahaha. Thanx for dinner. Oh it set a spectacular night for the rugby....The All Blacks beat Ireland yet again.... !! Go the Blacks !!!
